Website Terms
Founder working terms · Professional review required before broad public launch
General information only
This website provides general information about ROSTAC Professional Services and the services it may offer in Trinidad and Tobago. Website content is not personalised tax, accounting or legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice based on your complete circumstances.
No engagement created
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, confirm acceptance of work or guarantee that a deadline can be met. An engagement begins only when ROSTAC has screened the matter, confirmed the written scope and fee, and both parties have accepted the engagement terms.
No guaranteed outcome
ROSTAC does not guarantee a refund, assessment result, filing outcome, processing time or response from the Board of Inland Revenue. Fees shown are starting points and may change with scope, tax years, income types, record condition, urgency and complexity.
Safe use of the enquiry form
Do not enter or attach passwords, one-time authentication codes, full BIR numbers, identity scans, tax records, banking information or payroll files in the public enquiry form. Secure intake instructions are provided only after screening and engagement.
Safe use of secure upload
A private upload link is issued only for the named engagement, may expire, and must not be forwarded. Upload only the records ROSTAC requested. Do not upload passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details or online-banking credentials. A successful transfer confirms receipt of the file, not that its contents are complete, accepted or sufficient for filing.
Accuracy and availability
Reasonable care is taken with website information, but tax rules, administrative practices and service availability may change. ROSTAC may update, suspend or withdraw website content or services without notice. Links to third-party or government websites are provided for convenience; those sites control their own content and availability.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or unlawful information, interfere with the enquiry service, or use website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Governing context
These terms are intended for the operation of a Trinidad and Tobago business and are subject to applicable laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Engagement-specific terms prevail over these website terms where they address the same matter.
